The Dream Retreat ENTIRE COMPOUND is a well-appointed, beachside getaway directly adjacent to the Indiana Dunes National Park. Experience commanding views of the picturesque dunescape with close proximity to hiking trails and the semi-private, sugar-sand beach–reachable by a short nature trail through the rolling dunes. The Dream Retreat consists of a Main House and attached Guesthouse that can also be rented independently.

Essentials Provided
We supply everything you need for a comfortable stay; including, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, dish soap, dish sponges, dishwasher pacs, paper towels, toilet paper, Kleenex, trash bags, bath towels, beach towels, all bedding, complimentary Keurig and Nespresso pods, creamer, sugar, dryer sheets, and firewood (at properties with wood burning stoves/fireplaces)
Outdoor Amenities
Enjoy year-round hot tubs, fire pits (propane/firewood provided), outdoor grilling (propane provided), patio seating, heated outdoor showers, beach chairs, swim noodles, sand toys, and close proximity to hiking and the Indiana Dunes National Park.

Washer & Dryer
All of our homes are equipped with High Efficiency Washer/Dryer systems. Washing machines utilize the oxidizing power of ozone, which is infused into the water to dissolve and remove residue, clean, and deodorize laundry. Additional detergents are not required.
Complimentary Coffee
Keurig and Nespresso machines are standard at all properties. Complimentary pods, creamer, and sugar are provided.
Family Friendly
We know that traveling with children usually requires a lot of extra baggage. For your convenience, all of our homes are stocked with kids toys/books, games, pack-n-play, high chair, and kids dinnerware/utensils.
Indiana Dunes National Park
Shaped by thousands of years of shifting landscapes, the Indiana Dunes National Park offers 15,000 acres of natural terrain through dune-lined shores, tree-lined trails, along the southern shoreline of Lake Michigan. Explore over 50 miles of hiking trails over rugged dunes, mysterious wetlands, sunny prairies, meandering rivers and peaceful forests, scout rare species of birds, bring your boat, rent one, or hire a charter for an unforgettable fishing experience, or spend the day with your feet in the “singing” sands at one of the nine swimmable beaches located along the park’s 15 miles of award-winning shoreline.
Dog Friendly
Dogs love the dunes! Let us know prior to arrival if you will be traveling with a dog.
Fees will be invoiced separately: $79 for a 2 night stay, $29/night for 3+ nights, $200/week (not including tax). All dogs must be treated with a topical flea/tick/mosquito repellant (e.g., K9 Advantix, Frontline Plus, Advantage II), within twenty-one (21) days of arrival. Dogs must be secured at all times and we ask that any waste is picked up immediately, bags are provided.

Check-in & Checkout
Self Check-in and door code details are provided approximately one week prior to arrival.
Due to the time required for enhanced cleaning and disinfection procedures required between guests, Early Check-in and/or Late Checkout may not be available if another group is departing or arriving the same day, please inquire for more information.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to keep your confirmed reservation, we would make every attempt to re-book the dates. If the dates are rented to another group, the difference between the amount of your reservation and new booking’s gross rent will be refunded, less a $350 cancellation fee. We may also be able to move the reservation to future dates, given adequate notice–additional fees may apply, please inquire.
